    Cut API response times by 70% under peak load

    A payments platform was timing out during traffic spikes. I profiled the hot paths, reworked the data access layer, and introduced targeted caching — turning a recurring incident into a non-issue without a rewrite.

    Took an MVP from prototype to first paying customers

    A founder had a promising prototype but no path to production. I hardened it, built out billing and auth, set up CI/CD, and handed over a codebase the in-house team could own.
